Flat Lying Grazing Tables

What To Expect

Our Flat lying grazing table will be presented on butcher paper, incorporating disposable bamboo bowls and platters. Client is paying for the art of the table in addition to the freshest ingredients.

Grazing stylist will require access to the venue space 2-3 hours prior to the start of the event for setup. It is the paying client’s responsibility for breakdown of the grazing table.

Carie Cumbee, owner of C.C. Charcuterie, will be your stylist and supervisor on site. All employees of C.C. Charcuterie are Servsafe certified, guaranteeing your food is handled and prepared with the appropriate and upmost care.

 Flat Lying Grazing Table

Our Flat Lying Grazing Tables include but are not limited to a variety of the freshest fruits and vegetables, gourmet cured meats: Italian salami, prosciutto, pepperoni and soppressata to name a few, fresh bread and an array of crackers, pimento cheese, hummus, seasonal jams and jellies, honey, pickles, olives, nuts, sweets, and a complimenting mix of Artisan cheeses such as: Gouda, Manchego, Port Salut, Goat, Aged Cheddar, Asiago, Boursin, Mozzarella, Brie and so much more!

Produce availability may vary due to seasonal accessibility and limited supply chain, but anything that is unavailable will be replaced with an equivalent product, that is just as tasty!

The amount of food served on our Grazing Table is intended to serve each of your guests as an appetizer portion. Please keep in mind, there may be guests who consume more / less than others, therefore, C.C. Charcuterie is not responsible for any leftover food or not enough food.
